Registration
Parents can choose to register their child at the pre-school choosing any number of days (1 to 5 days) depending on the vacancies available at the time. Please visit the pre-school on a weekday morning before noon to fill in an application form so we can add you child’s details to our waiting list.

Payment of fees
Fees must be paid in advance. They are part of the income needed to pay our staff salaries, the rent and the materials the children use. It is therefore very important that you pay your fees fully and on time.
You are paying for the pre-school place, not for your child’s attendance, therefore fees continue to be payable even if your child is absent from pre-school because of illness, holiday or other reason.
If you are working you may be able to claim Working Families Tax Credit to help with your childcare costs. Please talk to the Supervisor about this.
If you have any problems paying the fees please speak to a member of the committee, between 9.30am & 9.45am, in complete confidence. We will try to help and be as flexible as we possibly can.
Fees can be paid each morning between 9.30am & 9.45am in the office.

Any child entitled to the 3 & 4 Year Old Free Entitlement must attend at least 3 days/week in order to be eligible to access the 15 hours (constraint set by the government).· If your child attends another setting that also claims the Free entitlement we must be informed in advance as the fees may change depending on the number of hours our setting will be able to claim for your child
